Originals and amendments to restrictive covenants in Woodlake Section One, Cliffs of Woodlake, and Cliffs of Woodlake Phase II are consolidated into one document for each subdivision and published, here, at Woodlake.net. This composite document is not an "official" document but, will make it uncomplicated for anyone to read the current list of covenants, with amendments included, in each subdivision. If anyone wants official copies of the original documents with separated amendments, they can go to the Bell County Clerk's office to obtain them.
